The Carolinas AGC Foundation’s Build Your Career (BYC) program is a comprehensive workforce development initiative. BYC is dedicated to assisting our network of almost 1,000 CAGC member construction employers put an end to the labor shortage. Since its inception, BYC has diligently worked to build a robust partnership with our Carolinas region educational and talent providers. One of our primary goals is to continue building out our ecosystem of industry and educational sector partners and we need YOUR help!

Build Your Career is always on the move, giving presentations (live or virtually) to students of all ages about the benefits of pursuing a career in construction. BYC has a vast array of construction education programs and opportunities that will be highly beneficial to you as educators, to your schools and to your students. We encourage your school to join our ever-growing group of over 1,500 Carolinas region K-12 schools and over 74 Community and Technical Colleges that have already registered as BYC partners to take advantage of all our amazing programs and resources!
